Three evaluation models for increasingly sustainable growth

In a constantly evolving world, social responsibility cannot be regarded merely as an option but becomes a moral and strategic imperative.

We have been targeting this goal for some time and have summed it up with three verbs, the initials of which make up our name: lnspire, Commit, Act.

We work to promote change on these three fronts, with a tangible commitment to protecting people and the planet, and solid governance, acting to uphold our commitments. This has led us to adopt three sustainability evaluation models that confirm our concrete action to protect the planet.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY FRAMEWORKS

 

ISCC PLUS

ISCC PLUS is a certification guaranteeing the sustainability, traceability and identity of raw materials throughout the supply chain. ISCC stands for International Sustainability & Carbon Certification and is a multi-stakeholder voluntary and independent certification system.

With our ISCC PLUS certification, we contribute to sustainable production from an environmental, social and economic perspective.

Key objectives of the ISCC PLUS certification include:

  • Implementation of zero-deforestation
  • Protection of land with high biodiversity value and high carbon stock
  • Protection of soil, water and air
  • Compliance with human, labor and land rights
  • Measurement and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions
  • Traceability throughout supply chains.

ISCC PLUS certification, through the principles of traceability throughout the supply chain with a Mass Balance approach, guarantees the sustainable characteristics of products originating from multiple supply chains (circular, bio-circular, bio, etc.).

EcoVadis

EcoVadis, the international sustainability rating agency has awarded us a silver medal.

The score and corresponding medal were assigned following evaluation of the following areas:

  • Environment
  • Working practices and human rights
  • Ethics
  • Sustainable procurement.

The EcoVadis assessment represents an important step in our journey towards excellence with regard to corporate social responsibility (CSR). The scorecard provides an overview of CSR performance at the time of publication and identifies areas for improvement.
