1997 that leverages the accumulated expertise of its well-consolidated forerunner “Abruzzo Legnami” and specializes in the use of

Area Legno operates throughout Italy. A team of experts is on hand to offer a
complete, customized service that has what it takes to meet any set of requirements. The company's technical department, staffed by architects, engineers and surveyors, analyzes the requests and defines the most appropriate solutions. At the headquarters, within a specially fitted out space, advanced prototypes are designed by expert technicians. The construction and installation operations are carried out by highly specialized builders and carpenters, with a view to achieving the highest standards, which are, of course, essential in delivering full customer satisfaction.
The wood is protected thanks to the use of
ICA exterior coatings – water-based impregnating agents and fire-retardant coatings for matchboarding and beams, which are available both in a white version, with anti-yellowing properties, and in a stained version; both versions can be applied as a single coat or overcoated with exterior finishes.
The partnership between the two companies has resulted in various types of constructions being built, from private residences to schools (such as the “Giulia Carnevale” nursery school in Onna and a nursery school in Paliano), hotel and catering sector solutions (the “Focolare di Bacco” restaurant in Roseto degli Abruzzi and the ”Hotel Cristallo” in Giulianova) and sports facilities (the gymnasium used by the national soccer team in Coverciano), amongst many others. Having completed a wealth of successful projects over recent years, Area Legno is considered to be at the forefront of this sector.
Today, thanks to its brand new, hi-tech facility, inaugurated in 2011, Area Legno is able to provide a
high level of manufacturing capacity, with
short delivery times and
exceptional quality guaranteed; using the latest-generation machinery, it can offer its clients all of the construction technologies currently available on the market, serving not only as a builder but also as a construction consultant.
